Peachy Mint Smoothie



I go through phases of drinking the same smoothies morning after morning. Peaches are in season and the mint in my garden is going crazy, so this yummy Minty Peach Smoothie has been hitting my Vitamix every day.  It gives me enough energy with the added coconut milk and hemp protein to last a good portion of the morning before I am hungry again. This recipe is just one of the many yummy recipes (over 40) I've created in the TrulyFood upcoming Summer Cleanse. Peachy Mint Smoothie

1 1/2 cups peaches
10–12 fresh mint leaves
3/4 cup light coconut milk
1 1/2 cups coconut juice
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 tsp. maca
1/2 tsp. coconut oil
10–15 drops vanilla stevia liquid
1 Tbsp. hemp protein or Sun Warrior protein powder

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. For best results, use a Vitamix high-speed blender.
